Spring time means lighter nights and warmer days. It’s the perfect time of year to start those home improvement projects you’ve been thinking about during the winter months.
Perhaps you noticed a few more draughts through the old windows at home, the flaky wooden roofline needs sanding and painting again this year or the tired looking front door is lacking kerb appeal. Maybe you realised you need more living space or you want to be able to open up the house to the garden.
Whatever plans you have for your home, now’s the time to get those projects done. The weather is better, so there’s no battling the elements whilst you have work done and it means that you and your family can start enjoying them straight away and right through the summer.
To help you find all the inspiration you need for refurbishing your home, we’re hosting our annual spring open weekend on 18 and 19 April at our showroom in Derby.
Visit us over the weekend and take a stroll down Trade Street, our row of full size brick homes, all fitted with windows, doors, bi-folds and conservatories. Take a seat in our Chartwell green orangery, picture dinner in our conservatory or step through the modern grey bi-fold doors onto our deck. Get a feel for opening our windows, walk through our selection of over 30 composite doors or imagine looking through one of our Skypod® skylights.
Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have and will be able to explain how each design can be installed to suit the style of your home.
Over the weekend, we’ll be offering 10 percent off window, door and conservatory orders and 20 percent off roofline products. We’re also running 2 prize draws where lucky customers can win a composite door in one draw and a massive 50 percent off their order in the second prize draw.
So if you’ve noticed some work that needs doing around the house, you’ve got a plan in mind for adding space or you just fancy getting some inspiration for your home this spring, pop down to Trade Windows open weekend at the Derby showroom on London Road in Alvaston. We’ll be open 10-4 on Saturday and 10-2 on Sunday, so feel free to call in, have a cuppa with us and take a wander down Trade Street.
